INFORMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Colombo II Trav. 1/B– S, VAT number 02356200804 (hereinafter, “Owner”), as data controller, informs you pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 30.6.2003 n. 196 (hereinafter, “Privacy Code”) and art. 13 EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter, “GDPR”) that your data will be processed in the manner and for the following purposes:

  1. Object of the Processing The Data Controller processes personal, identifying data (for example, name, surname, company name, address, telephone, e-mail, bank and payment details) – hereinafter, “personal data” or also “data” – communicated by you when entering into contracts for the Data Controller’s services.
  2. Purpose of the processing Your personal data are processed: A) without your express consent (art. 24 letter a), b), c) Privacy Code and art. 6 letter b), e) GDPR), for the following Service Purposes: – to conclude contracts for the Data Controller’s services; – to fulfill pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations arising from existing relationships with you; – fulfill the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by community legislation or by an order of the Authority (such as for example in the matter of anti-money laundering); – exercise the rights of the Data Controller, for example the right of defense in court. B) Only with your specific and separate consent (articles 23 and 130 of the Privacy Code and article 7 of the GDPR), for the following Marketing Purposes: – send you via email, post and/or text message and/or telephone contacts, newsletters, commercial communications and/or advertising material on products or services offered by the Data Controller and detection of the degree of satisfaction with the quality of the services; – send you via email, post and/or text message and/or telephone contacts commercial and/or promotional communications of third parties (for example, business partners, insurance companies, other companies). We inform you that if you are already our customers, we may send you commercial communications relating to the Data Controller’s services and products similar to those you have already used, unless you disagree (art. 130 c. 4 Privacy Code).
  3. Methods of processing The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 Privacy Code and art. 4 n. 2) GDPR and specifically: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data are subjected to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing. The Data Controller will process the personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes set out above and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the Service Purposes and for no more than 2 years from the collection of data for the Marketing Purposes.
  4. Access to data Your data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) and 2.B): – to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller; – to third-party companies or other subjects (for example, credit institutions, professional firms, consultants, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, etc.) who carry out outsourcing activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as external data controllers.
  5. Communication of data Without the need for express consent (pursuant to art. 24 letter a), b), d) Privacy Code and art. 6 letter b) and c) GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate your data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) to Supervisory Bodies (such as IVASS), Judicial Authorities, to insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, as well as to those subjects to whom communication is mandatory by law for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes. These subjects will process the data in their capacity as independent data controllers. Your data will not be disclosed.
  6. Data transfer Personal data is stored in paper format, on hard disks and on servers managed by Netson Italia. In this case, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of data will take place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided for.

    Google Analytics is a statistics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of this Application, compiling reports and sharing them with other services developed by Google. Google may use Personal Data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
    In Google Analytics 4, IP addresses are used at the time of collection and then deleted before the data is recorded in any data center or server.

    This Application uses Tracking Tools to display content hosted on external platforms directly from its pages and interact with them.

    Google Fonts is a typeface visualization service provided by Google Ireland Limited that allows this Application to integrate such content within its pages.

  8. Nature of the provision of data and consequences of refusal to respond The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) is mandatory. In their absence, we will not be able to guarantee the Services of art. 2.A). The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.B) is optional. You can therefore decide not to provide any data or to subsequently deny the possibility of processing data already provided: in this case, you will not be able to receive newsletters, commercial communications and advertising material relating to the Services offered by the Data Controller. However, you will continue to be entitled to the Services referred to in art. 2.A).
  9. Rights of the interested party In your capacity as interested party, you have the rights referred to in art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 15 GDPR and specifically the rights to: i. obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form; ii. obtain the indication of: a) the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of the processing; c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identification details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and art. 3, paragraph 1, GDPR; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents; iii. obtain: a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected; iv. object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated calling systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail and/or through traditional marketing methods by telephone and/or paper mail. Please note that the interested party’s right to object, set out in the previous point b), for direct marketing purposes by automated methods extends to traditional ones and that in any case the possibility for the interested party to exercise the right to object even only partially remains intact. Therefore, the interested party can decide to receive only communications by traditional methods or only automated communications or none at all. the two types of communication.
